This time, it's for real!

Hello,

So today is the first day of the rest of my life...err, not really, but it's the first time that I have ever really sat down to blog about, well, anything! I want this blog to follow me through my journey of once and for all weight loss, and getting in shape just in time to go wedding dress shopping at the end of September.

Let's just say that I have tried and failed time and time again this past year at conquering the extra baggage that I carry around my middle, thighs, face, back, and butt, and ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! Come September I want to try on the wedding dress of my dreams, not the wedding dress that just suits my body type, which at this rate will be a California King size sheet.

I'm starting tomorrow, here are the guidelines for my diet:

Monday: 2 low carb meals plus one meal of consisting of bread or other carb a day, for 60 minutes, NO SWEETS

Tuesday: No bread, fruit, sweets all day.

Wednesday: 2 low carb meals plus one meal consisting of bread or other carb a day, for 60 minutes, NO SWEETS

Thursday: No bread, fruit, sweets all day

Friday: 2 low carb meals, plus one meal consisting of bread, or other carb a day, for 60 minutes, NO SWEETS

Saturday:2 low carb meals, plus one meal consisting of bread or other carb a day, for 60 minutes, may include dessert.

Sunday: No bread, fruit, sweets all day.

Exercise:

Monday: Jazzercise

Tuesday: Rest

Wednesday: Jazzercise

Thurdsday: Gym

Friday: Rest

Saturday: exercise--Jazzercise

Sunday: exercise optional

I have done this type of plan with flying colors before.

I am starting off tomorrow with 0 lbs lost, and 32 weeks to go before dress shopping (First of October)

THIS TIME I AM GOING TO DO THIS! Focus on the goal!

  2. 60 minutes is the amount of time that you can have to eat a meal that has bread or anything sweet based on this book from a dietician. It is because they only want your blood sugar to rise one time per day...kinda weird, but works!
